At Zia Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade surfaces; however, due to the artisanal nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window on select items subject to a restocking fee. Please note that all custom orders, sale items, and installed tiles are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.
Secure the Packaging
Carefully repackage all unused, uninstalled tiles in their original factory boxes, ensuring they are securely palletized to prevent breakage during transit.
Arrange Shipping
Ship the authorized return back to our warehouse using your preferred freight carrier; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.
